Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I use a third party alarm receiving centre?
There are several great reasons, the first is to enable you to deliver and market a wider range of services to your customers, giving you a competitive advantage.

You install and maintain their systems, so why not complete the package and add monitoring to your services too?
We invest in the technology and the staffing, and you use the service. This means that you don´t have the expensive outlay of setting up your own monitoring station, but you get all the benefits.

What you charge your customers is entirely up to you — you remain independent and in control of your customer billing. We bill you directly for our services — a great way to boost your income and add another source of revenue to your business! Why not take a look at our literature to find out more?

Exactly how much will it cost?
That depends on the system type and number of connections you want to place with us. Simply complete the contact details on this site and we´ll prepare a quote for you, or you can telephone us to discuss your requirements on.

You also monitor systems installed by your own company — how do we know that you won´t take our customers?
24/7 Monitoring is an entirely separate business to the other companies in our group. It has a separate customer database, and we guarantee that the data on this system will remain completely confidential.

You can be so sure that we won´t take any of your own customers, that we´ve even written a promise not to do this into our contract with you! We have invested heavily in new technology to enable us to deliver monitoring services to installers, and we have no intention of jeopardizing our relationships with you by breaking that trust — we want to make the most of our investment and deliver the highest quality service to you!
